As to the discrepancy between the date when your road was built, this could either be because my publication date is slightly out, or that the mapmaker knew what was being built in that area, and/or that the record for when your road was built counts the date at which all buildings were complete, increasing the chances that the mapmaker could see the new road plans several years before, perhaps when theyre being laid out.
